Equipment Engineer
Job Description:
1.Responsible for the installation and commissioning of new equipment
2.Responsible for providing safety operation training for operators
3.Responsible for preparing equipment maintenance plans and organizing personnel to complete maintenance on time
4.Organize the establishment and improvement of equipment management archives, record and archive relevant materials in accordance with equipment management requirements
5.Organize equipment renovation and updates
6.Responsible for equipment accident handling
7.Responsible for guiding and supervising workers to operate equipment in accordance with safety regulations
8.Responsible for the production and management of tooling fixtures
9.Responsible for managing equipment spare parts and cutting tools
10.Responsible for the supply of water, electricity, and gas to the entire plant
11.Responsible for other tasks assigned by leaders
requirement：
1、Full time college degree or above in mechanical or electrical related majors;
2、At least 3 years of experience in on-site equipment management in manufacturing enterprises;
3、Master relevant knowledge of electrical, mechanical structure, automation, etc;
4、Familiar with and master common equipment fault handling methods;
5、Strong sense of responsibility, strong execution ability, and good teamwork spirit.
